Saban Films Takes I SEE YOU Starring Academy Award Winner Helen Hunt

Saban Films has acquired North American rights to Adam Randall’s (iBoyLevel Up) thriller I See You, which made its World Premiere at the SXSW Film Festival earlier this year. Starring Academy Award® Winner Helen Hunt (As Good as It GetsCast Away) and Jon Tenney (Legion, “Major Crimes”), the film is penned by Devon Graye.  I See You is a Zodiac Features Production presented by Bankside Films in association with Head Gear Films, Metrol Technology and Kreo Films and in association with Quickfire Films and Zodiac Holdings.  Matt Waldeck produces for Zodiac Features, while Ben Hecht serves as executive producer for Zodiac, alongside Stephen Kelliher for Bankside Films, Phil Hunt and Compton Ross for Head Gear Films and James Atherton and Jan Pace for Quickfire Films.  The film will be slated for a theatrical release.

I See You takes place in a seemingly perfect town filled with perfect families, until 12-year-old Justin Whitter goes missing. Greg Harper (Tenney), lead investigator, struggles to balance the pressures of the case while finding a way to forgive his well-heeled wife, Jackie (Hunt), for a recent infidelity.  When a malicious presence manifests itself and puts their young son in mortal danger, the cold, hard truth about evil in the Harper household is finally uncovered.

“Audiences will be captivated by this gripping mystery thriller that showcases its cast’s outstanding chemistry,” commented Saban Films’ Bill Bromiley.  “Helen Hunt and Jon Tenny are truly enticing as Jackie and Greg, a couple whose idyllic town is turned on its head where every plot twist is more surprising than the last.”

Bill Bromiley and Ness Saban negotiated the deal for Saban Films along with CAA Media Finance and Bankside Films on behalf of the filmmakers.
