M. Night Shyamalan’s next picture, Remain, will be released on February 5, 2027.

The film will star Jake Gyllenhaal, Ashley Walters, Phoebe Dynevor, Julie Hagerty, Jay O. Sanders, Tracy Ifeachor, Hannah James, Caleb Ruminer, Kieran Mulcare, and Maria Dizzia.

The premise is as follows: “New York architect Tate Donovan heads to Cape Cod to design a summer home for his best friend, seeking a fresh start after being treated for acute depression. Still mourning his sister’s death, he meets Wren, a young woman who disrupts his carefully ordered world.”

Most of the filming took place in venues across Rhode Island. The film was produced by Shyamalan’s company Blinding Edge Pictures.
