It’s been 17 years since we’ve seen the gang and the swamp, or journeying together to Far Far Away.

Shrek 5 will arrive in theaters on June 30, 2027. Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, and Cameron Diaz will reprise their roles as Shrek, Donkey, and Fiona. Newcomers in the cast include Zendaya, Marcello Hernandez, and Skyler Gisondo. Co-directors Walt Dohrn and Conrad Vernon will be helming the fifth title.
